Completed in 1967, Cayuga Hall is a four-floor residence hall built in a “Figure 8” style. This means there are two courtyards confined within the building walls, giving residents a living environment with the option of using the private courtyards as their own outdoor space.

Culkin Hall was opened to the public in September 1967. It was originally intended for the general administration offices of the college and still functions as SUNY Oswego’s primary administrative building.

Funnelle Hall was opened in September 1965 and it was quite innovative in terms of its floor plan. At the center of each floor was an “island” section that housed the bathrooms, laundry facilities and trunk rooms. In addition to the basic necessities, personal study rooms are available on each floor for the hall's 500 residents.

Hart Hall opend in 1963, with fellow high rise dormitory Funnelle following soon after. Built in the center of campus, Hart Hall utilizes the dining and workout facilities of Cooper Dining Hall, which it shares with Funnelle.

Hewitt Hall, formerly known as Hewitt Union, is located to the north of Culkin Hall and south of the Academic Quad. Hewitt housed most of the student organizations until the campus center opened in 2006.
