Lessons From Nature
Spending time in nature has countless health benefits, not only for physical health but for mental health. Nature not only can heal us but also teach us lessons to help us navigate our lives. Come walk with our CSC counselors as they help facilitate these lessons. Leave feeling refreshed with new insight. Each session will focus on a different lesson from a different living thing.
This program will be held every Thursday throughout the semester starting Feb 10. Programs will last approximately one hour. Programs run rain, snow, wind or shine. DRESS FOR THE WEATHER!! Snowshoes may be in use for some weeks.
