Try and hit your personal best and join us for the annual Bench Press Competition in the Swetman Gym.  To register for the event, visit the front desk of either Fitness Center or register the same day starting at 3 pm. The first 50 registrations will receive a free t-shirt. Food and drink will be available and trophies for the winners of each weight class.
