"Civic Discourse: Individual Rights" will begin at 4 p.m. on Oct. 2 and feature panelists Celinet Durant (Criminal Justice), Josh Plencher (Politics), Cynthia Clabough (Art and Design) and Jason Zenor (Communication Studies).
