Core & Conditioning with Pat

The SUNY Oswego Fitness Centers hosts live fitness classes that you can do in your room without equipment. Our group exercise instructor Pat will lead you through a 30 - 40 minute full body workout. Go at your own pace and stay fit in the comfort of your own room!
