Crafting Calm: Strategies For Finding Peace

This is a therapeutic drop-in group to provide reprieve from the stress of the world currently. We cannot control the outside world or the people in it, but we do have say in what we make. What we make changes the way we feel. Let's make some calm for ourselves and maybe share it together.

There are no required materials for this program, as any art materials you have on hand will work.
