This group is for you if you are looking for new coping strategies for stress, anxiety and depression. These sessions will use the power of creativity to help find new ways to tap into calmness, peace and enjoyment through experimental activities with all kinds of expressive arts, including drawing, painting, sculpting, writing and music listening. No artistic ability is necessary. If you want time away from the pressure of graded school projects, this is an opportunity to de-stress together.
