This group is for you if you are looking for new coping strategies for stress, anxiety and depression. Sessions will use the power of creativity to help you find new ways to tap into calmness, peace and enjoyment through experimental activities with all kinds of expressive arts, including drawing, painting, sculpting, writing and music listening. No artistic ability necessary! If you want time away from the pressure of graded school projects, de-stress together with others.
