RCA Reflections are talks about ecology and the environment, free and open to all to join. This talk will be delivered in a hybrid format: in-person at Rice Creek Field Station or via Zoom (see Dial-In Instructions below).

Talk Description
This engaging talk will highlight the world-class fishing opportunities of Oswego County.
Transportation
Students in need of transportation can request a van pickup by calling the field station at 315.312.6677 by 3 pm on Feb 3. For all others, free parking is available by the field station building.
Speaker Bio
Michael Huynh has been fishing the Lake Ontario tributaries for more than thirty years. He has been a NYS licensed fishing and camping guide for more than a decade and loves sharing his passion for the outdoors with others. He has been the advisor to the SUNY Oswego Fishing Club since its inception.
He is currently the Dioescan Director of Campus Ministry for the Diocese of Syracuse. He also currently serves as the Director of Campus Ministry at the Hall Newman Center at SUNY Oswego.
Michael graduated from SUNY Oswego with a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychological Services. He also has earned a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from St. Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry. He has also completed the Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Ministry through Syracuse University/LeMoyne College through the Lily Endowment.
Michael lives in New Haven, NY conveniently located halfway between the Salmon and Oswego rivers. In his free time he can be found spending time with his family and most likely fishing, hiking, camping, singing and or playing the guitar.
