View map Free EventRice Creek Field Station, Campus Recreation and Fitness, and the Counseling Services Center are teaming up to offer students an afternoon of recreation and relaxation in nature.
Whether you prefer sitting in a hammock, going for a paddle, taking a yoga class, or getting creative, there is something for everyone. Although this is a free, drop-in program, students who sign up with their name and email will be entered to win one of several awesome prize packages!

Getting to Rice Creek
Students can access Rice Creek Field Station via an 11-minute ride on the Green Shuttle, which leaves the Marano Campus Center bus loop on the half-hour (see schedule). See how easy it is with our video! Alternatively, students can walk, bike, or drive to Rice Creek, which is located about 1.5 miles south of campus at 193 Thompson Road.
