Join us for the first ever Grand Challenges Makeathon! Participants will form teams to work on creative projects like apps, websites, short films, commercials, product prototypes, games, and more. The Friday kickoff will feature Caitlin E. Moriarty of the Tech Garden in Syracuse holding an ideation workshop promoting brainstorming and collaboration. Projects will focus on solutions to the Grand Challenge of Fresh Water For All. On Sunday, teams will give five-minute presentations of their projects and the judges will select the winners of the grand prize and runners up prizes. See the website for more info and to sign up.
