This class blends aspects of martial arts with an intense cardio workout and full body exercises to help you work up a sweat and relieve some stress! Taught by Emma. 

Please wear your mask to class and bring a filled water bottle.

You must pre-register for this class! Space is limited and avaialble on a first come, first serve basis.
