Starting at 10am on Wednesday, May 1, until 4pm, Laps with Lakers will challenge the campus community to take laps around the Quad to raise awareness. 

Show up anytime between 10 am and 3:30 pm to the Marano Campus Center Quad and walk/run/roll any distance in the area surrounding (or long distance) and organizers will record your distance on your way out. On-site registration available by your phone/device.  Remote options are also available to those that register before April 30. Rain/extreme cold location: Deborah F. Stanley Arena.

*The name of this event used to be Yards for Yeardley, but organizers have made the decision to personalize this to the SUNY Oswego campus. The event has also switched the focus to sexual and interpersonal violence, because everyone knows someone impacted by these crimes, organizers said.
