Join LatinoJustice's CAP Leadership Institute, sponsored by Nixon Peabody for their next iteration of a Legal Careers Panel on Paralegals. Throughout the discussion, participants will hear from current paralegals in the field about the day-to-day in the job and how one might use experience in the role as a catalyst for exploring the legal field.

This program is part of the Next Generation Lideres Mentorship Program which seeks to increase the number of Latinx students applying to law school by providing mentorship that supports them through their journey. The program is intended to mentor high school juniors and seniors, undergraduate students, and post graduate mentees that are interested in applying to law school.
