Lessons From Nature Series At Rice Creek

Spending time in nature has countless health benefits, not only for physical health but also for mental health. Nature not only can heal us but also teach us lessons to help us navigate our lives. Come walk with our counselors as they help facilitate these lessons. Leave feeling refreshed with new insight. Each session will focus on a different lesson from a different living thing. Space is limited, so remember to register in advance using the signup form!

Programs last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and run rain, snow, wind or shine. DRESS FOR THE WEATHER!!
