#LessonsFromNatureOffered every Friday, facilitated by Ellen Gooch, LCSW and Cory Brosch, LMHC of Counseling Services.
Spending time in nature has countless health benefits, not only for physical health but for mental health. Nature not only can heal but also teach lessons to help navigate lives. Come walk with counselors as they help facilitate these lessons. Leave feeling refreshed with new insight. Each session will focus on a different lesson from a different living thing, and lasts about one hour.
Rice Creek Field Station is located at 193 Thompson Road, Oswego, south of the main entrance to the SUNY Oswego campus. The Green Route Centro Shuttle offers free transportation to students from the main SUNY Oswego campus during the Fall and Spring semesters (Monday-Friday). The schedule for the Green Route is available on the Centro website.
