Monday Mile

The Monday Mile is a one mile walking or running program on Campus or Off Campus.  It only takes approximately 20 minutes or less to start your Monday off right with some exercise and movement.  This is a fun activity to help promote health and wellbeing.  Join in the fun and record your progress on the STRAVA app or take a picture of you wallking on Mondays and send your results to us.

Location:  Outside, while practicing social distancing guidelines. Prizes and incentives for participants that turn in their results weekly.
