The Campus Health and Wellbeing Committee and Campus Recreation are offering a physical wellbeing challenge. This movement motivation challenge information is an instructional guide through a physical wellbeing home program. You will be working toward physical wellbeing outcomes in an attempt to reach a goal of 30 minutes of daily physical activity for one week. Prizes will be given randomly at the end of the week. 6/1 Monday Mile: Walk a mile or more

6/3 Wednesday put down your mobile, and get mobile by biking: Bike or walk for 30 minutes
6/4 Transformation Thursday: Darebee.com 30 minute "Workout of the Day" https://darebee.com/workouts/catch-me-workout.html
6/5 Move forward Friday: Jogging or Hiking for 30 minutes
Alternative movement activities:
-An activity of your choice for 30 minutes. Options could include walking, running, biking, fishing, YouTube workout videos, etc.
-Darebee.com “Workout of the Day”
-Tabata-style activity intervals YouTube videos. Tabata workouts combine 20 seconds of vigorous activity with 10 seconds of rest in between each set.
-Yoga or dance activities, choose any Yoga or Dance YouTube video
