Movement Motivation Challenge

The Campus Health and Wellbeing Committee and Campus Recreation are offering a physical wellbeing challenge.  This movement motivation challenge information is an instructional guide through a physical wellbeing home program. You will be working toward physical wellbeing outcomes in an attempt to reach a goal of 30 minutes of daily physical activity for one week.  Prizes will be given randomly at the end of the week.  Join anytime, you may register on this link  at the bottom of the page. 

6/1  Monday Mile: Walk a mile or more
6/2  Take it away Tuesday: Yoga with Adrian https:   

6/3  Wednesday put down your mobile, and get mobile by biking: Bike or walk for 30 minutes
6/4 Transformation Thursday: 30 minute "Workout of the Day"  
6/5  Move forward Friday:  Jogging or Hiking for 30 minutes

Alternative movement activities:
-An activity of your choice for 30 minutes.  Options could include walking, running, biking, fishing, YouTube workout videos, etc. “Workout of the Day”
-Tabata-style activity intervals YouTube videos. Tabata workouts combine 20 seconds of vigorous activity with 10 seconds of rest in between each set.
-Yoga or dance activities, choose any Yoga or Dance YouTube video
