Outdoor Yoga

All skill levels welcome at any class! Our class styles vary from Vinyasa, Mobility, Restorative, and Renewing Yoga. Yoga instructors will base each class on participant’s requests and skill level to ensure a positive time that will relax your body and mind. 

Important Information

 

  • All class are free for students prior to the opening of the Fitness Centers.
  • Zumba and Yoga classes have a capacity of 20 participants (first come, first serve).
  • BGT and Arms & Abs classes have a capacity of 15 participants (first come, first serve).
  • Masks are required when attending classes. Water bottles are highly recommended.
