Penfield Library is collaborating with the Creative Writing program and the Politics department to observe Banned Books Week. All are welcome to stop by Penfield on Thursday, Sept. 26, between 4 and 5:30 p.m. to learn about banned books and comics and how to fight back against bans and challenges, and making a plan to make your opinion heard via your vote. Attendees can also participate in activities including book giveaways, erasure poetry, button making and more. Free snacks will be provided.

Oz Reads Banned Books will be held in front of Penfield Library, weather permitting, or in the library lobby.
