Today, Earth is orbited by thousands of artificial satellites. Some have have telescopes looking down at Earth at different wavelengths. From Landsat to weather satellites, planetarium director Dr. Scott Roby explores how observing Earth from space has impacted the fields of geology, meteorology, and climate studies.
