For the month of February, the Sunday evening planetarium shows will dig deep and pick apart Albert Einstein's theories of General Relativity (GR) and Special Relativity (SR). SR and GR both challenged the world's understanding of how the universe began and how it continues to evolve by considering empty space as more than just empty space. According to his equations, strange effects emerge when objects travel at speeds approaching the speed of light, or when they are in close proximity to something extremely massive.
