Public Telescope Observation Sessions. Rice Creek Field Station

September Sessions: This month we will be using the 16" telescope at Rice Creek to view the Moon, Jupiter, and Saturn.  Each session will start off with a short lecture at 8 p.m. Mosquitoes can still be out in September, so dress appropriately: hat, long sleeve shirt, pants, socks, repellant. Please call 315-312-2680 for a weather update after 6 p.m. the day of the session. Note: The two observation sessions each month take place during only a single weekend of the month (Fri. 9/6 and Sat. 9/7 only).

Rice Creek Field Station, Rice Creek Observatory Thompson Rd. 1 mile south of intersection with Route 104.
