View map Free EventBring a yoga mat and enjoy a free outdoor yoga session with North Coast Yoga's Linda Hjortshoj. Sponsored by Rice Creek Associates as part of their Reflections series, this program is open to people of all levels of yoga experience. Our rain location is inside the Rice Creek Field Station building.
Program Description
Through breath, asanas, and movement, we will explore some of the ways in which Yoga connects us with the natural world. There will be some work with partners to facilitate certain poses.
Instructor Bio
Linda Hjortshoj has been teaching Yoga and movement for over 50 years. She has studied Continuum, Alexander Technique, and Polarity Therapy as well as Yoga. Linda co-owns North Coast Yoga along with her spouse, Howard Bartle.

We welcome people of all abilities to Rice Creek Field Station. Rice Creek's main building and parking areas are ADA accessible. The Purple Trail, scheduled to open in April 2026, is built to comply with U.S. Forest Service Trail Accessibility Guidelines.
