 ls of yoga experience. Our rain location is inside the Rice Creek Field St
 ation building.\n\n \n\nProgram Description\n\nThrough breath\, asanas\, a
 nd movement\, we will explore some of the ways in which Yoga connects us w
 ith the natural world. There will be some work with partners to facilitate
  certain poses.\n\n \n\nInstructor Bio\n\nLinda Hjortshoj has been teachin
 g Yoga and movement for over 50 years. She has studied Continuum\, Alexand
 er Technique\, and Polarity Therapy as well as Yoga. Linda co-owns North C
 oast Yoga along with her spouse\, Howard Bartle.\n\n \n\nAccessibility sta
 tement\n\nWe welcome people of all abilities to Rice Creek Field Station. 
 Rice Creek's main building and parking areas are ADA accessible. The Purpl
 e Trail\, scheduled to open in April 2026\, is built to comply with U.S. F
 orest Service Trail Accessibility Guidelines. \n\nAlthough we strive to cr
 eate inclusive programs\, not all programs will be accessible to all indiv
