This class is designed for individuals that have never painted, done a little, or done some but could use some guidance. The overall theme of the class is to have fun and be creative.  Watercolor paints, brushes, related resources, and techniques will help you create a unique painting. Techniques in this class will include instruction on basic layering techniques, masking, composition, and background washes.  The use of vignette will be shared but is optional for this painting. The color wheel will be demonstrated to help in your selection to create a harmonious color scheme.

Through demonstrations and individual, hands-on help, you will learn some basic watercolor techniques. The class will work on a 6 x 9 or 5 x 7 Arches watercolor paper. You will be guided through the steps to complete the finished painting.
