The Institute continues its Scholar Practitioner professional development series with a session focuseing on "Navigating Conflicts in the Workplace." 

Workplace conflict is a natural part of working in any organization, but having the right tools and resources can help foster productive conversations, stronger relationships, and a healthier work environment.

This interactive workshop will allow participants to explore common sources and levels of workplace conflict, gain practical strategies for reducing tension, and learn about university resources available to support conflict resolution. Representatives from United University Professions will also be present to discuss available support and answer questions about navigating workplace concerns. Lunch is provided.
