Simple Self-Care Activities

When life gets busy it’s easy to forget to take care of yourself. Practicing self-care can have great benefits for your mental health. The Peer Eds and Counseling Services Center have some self-care activities to help get you started. The event will have lavender sachets, sleep masks, succulent pot painting, aroma sprays and self-care battery sheets.
