For current SUNY Oswego students, faculty & staff only - the Skate and Shoot program provides a casual, non-aggressive environment for members of the campus community to practice and develop ice hockey related skills.

* Valid SUNY Oswego ID is required every time you participate.

* Required equipment includes:  HECC approved hockey helmet with full face mask, hockey gloves, hockey skates, hockey stick.  (no exceptions.)

*  No slap shots allowed. 

* No checking or aggressive body contact allowed.

* There is no charge to particiapte.
