SOS: Speaking Our Silence, An Evening of Spoken Word Poems

Students enrolled in CRW 198 (a First-Year Signature Course called "I Have Something to Tell You: The Spoken Word)" will perform their original spoken-word poetry. The reading is open to the campus community. Each student will perform a spoken-word poem in three minutes or less. The performance will include student perspectives on contemporary, American social issues like identity, addiction, relationships and perception.
