The Misanthrope by Moliére

The Misanthrope pits the play's veracious protagonist Alceste against a posing and snobbish high society that, for now, maintains to embrace him. Is he willing to adapt his sense of morality for the sake of his love interest Célimène? For one so comfortable speaking truth to power, Alceste learns it much more difficult to listen to your heart. Directed by Steve Mazzoccone.
