In this staged reading of a new original play by award-winning playwright and Artswego artist-in-residence Cris Eli Blak, and performed by SUNY Oswego theatre students: after her twin sister is murdered by campus police while rehearsing for a school play, college senior Cassie Jonze is forced to navigate her grief and anger while feeling like the world seemingly moves on without any acknowledgement of wrongdoing. Through conversations with friends and a young adjunct professor, moments of verse, and a little Shakespeare, she may learn how to get through the darkness and step into a new light.
