Become a part of the 33rd Annual Welcoming Torchlight Ceremony. This is an honored tradition during which faculty, staff and current students pass the flame of the Torch of Learning to the more 1,600 incoming ungraduate and graduate students. It is a warm welcome to Oswego's newest class of Lakers!
