Events Calendar

This workshop is based on positive psychology and is part of the Healthy Monday campaign.  It was developed by SUNY Oswego alumna Mary Kate Lee Schutt.

The workshop will be IN PERSON, on the SUNY Oswego main campus. It will run for 6 weeks. Space is limited.

Week 1 (March 29)-Getting Started

Week 2 (April 5)-Positive Emotions, Resilience, Mindset

Week 3 (April 12)-Mindfulness, Savoring, Flow States

Week 4(April 19)-Mindful Communication, Conflict Resolution, Active Constructive Responding (ACR)

Week 5 (April 26)-Knowing and Using Your Strengths

Week 6 (May 3)-Goal Setting and Healthy Habits

Students must attend all 6 weeks and will receive a certificate of completion during the last session, as well as some amazing skills! Students must be up to date with weekly testing, wear masks, and practice social distancing while in the classroom.
