For faculty and staff:
If you are reading the headlines, watching the news, or even just scrolling through your phone, you have probably noticed that there has been a lot happening in the governmental/political landscape in 2025, organizers said.
Members of the campus community may be wondering about things like how to make sense of the high volume of executive orders, judicial rulings and the reshuffling of federal agencies and what it all means for you.
These events invited the campus community to get some answers from campus experts in an informal conversation. Bring questions, and organizers will offer some historical context, insight from professional perspectives and knowledge of what the SUNY system is communicating to campuses.
Organizers noted there might be questions they can't answer or answers that might seem unsatisfactory, but they will do their best to answer directly and to the best of their knowledge any questions.
