About this Event

Counseling Services is running a weekly counseling group to help students explore their identities as they navigate college life. We will have a prompt to discuss each week that will help us learn more about ourselves and each other, and will have some discussion, activities, fun, and meaningful conversation! This group is perfect if you are figuring yourself out, trying to meet new people, and looking for support.
This is an open group run by Kyle Dzintars, LMHC. Walk-ins are welcome! You are not expected to attend every group meeting, but the more you attend, the more helpful it is. If you are nervous, bring a friend!
The group will meet on Tuesdays from 3:00pm - 4:15pm in Mary Walker Building at Counseling Services until the last week of classes. Students may be asked to wear masks and are asked to avoid coming to group if experiencing illness. Part of the group is to learn to keep ourselves and each other safe in different ways, including disabled and vulnerable people, as well as people with health anxiety!
If you have questions, are in need of accommodations, or want to talk before joining, email email@example.com
