SUNY Oswego’s 2nd Annual Women’s Empowerment Summit, hosted by Career Services, follows the resounding success of last year’s inaugural event. Organizers are thrilled to bring together another inspiring group of students, alumni, industry professionals, and campus leaders for an evening of empowerment, mentorship, and networking. Last year’s summit welcomed 30 high-level campus leaders (VPs, Directors, Department Chairs, etc.), a diverse range of employer and alumni guests, and 173 engaged students—and organizers expect this year’s event to be even bigger and better.

Event Schedule:

4:30 PM – 5:00 PM | Welcome & Keynote Speaker- 132 Marano Campus Center (auditorium)

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Women of Impact Panel

A panel discussion featuring inspiring alumni and industry leaders – 132 Marano Campus Center (auditorium)

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Professional Development Breakout Sessions- Marano Campus Center
Four 25-minute sessions will run twice so attendees can participate in two different sessions
Sessions: 6:00 – 6:25 PM | 6:30 – 6:55 PM

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Catered Networking Session
A fantastic chance for students to connect with the inspiring leaders in attendance over delicious hors d'oeuvres and a signature mocktail for the event – 145 Marano Campus Center-Compass Resource Center

*First 85 guests to stay for the networking portion will receive a luxury swag bag.
