This year looks a little bit different than anybody expected, but the Liberty team is here to support you as you navigate the virtual environment. Wednesdays at 2 pm throughout the fall, Liberty Mutual will offer opportunities to build your skills through professional development sessions, D&I roundtables and much more. The second D&I Roundtable in the series, "Being a Person of Color in Corporate America," will create space in small breakout rooms for students and Liberty employees to openly discuss what it feels like to be a person of color in a large corporate setting. Discussion will include sharing challenges from a personal and professional perspective, overcoming and working through those challenges, and support systems in place. This conversation aims to allow participants to learn from each other and work towards a better tomorrow.
