Resist the pressure to be productive and commit to an hour of rest and relaxation in this Zoom program. We will practice rest through meditation and an activity to help remind ourselves of what is important!
No requirement to appear on camera or talk during the program. Participants will receive a FREE Mindful Oz journal for attending!
